Contract
This document (including any modifications, changes, and alterations from time to time by vsquaretattoos.in) is an agreement between you & vsquaretattoos.in. vsquaretattoos.in is hereinafter referred to as the website.
Free Consent
You agree that by visiting / having visited the website, you have fully accepted the various terms and conditions detailed in this document and the disclaimer section of the website. You undertake with a sound mind, without any undue force, pressure, or coercion, that you shall be bound by the terms of the website and the terms of the disclaimer. You further undertake that if there is any dispute arising out of breaking any term of the agreement as a visitor of this website or as a seeker or querist of the tattoo services or consultancy from the website or on account of non-payment of any dues for the services rendered, then the exclusive jurisdiction to file law suits against you shall be in the courts at Hyderabad only.
Eligibility
Membership to the site is only available in select areas. And the membership is valid only for those eligible to enter into a contract as per the locally applicable laws of India and the country of your residence. Your use of the website warrants and represents that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms laid down by it. And you agree to inform vsquaretattoos.in if you are unable to enter into this agreement. Inability to do so shall entitle vsquaretattoos.in to restrict/change/terminate this agreement on its own discretion.
Term & Termination
This Agreement shall remain in full force when you use the website as a visitor or as a member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by informing vsquaretattoos.in in writing. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees or access to content or products purchased using vsquaretattoos.in The website may terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason which shall become effective upon sending a notice of termination to you at the email address you provided at the time of membership or later. The website is not liable to refund your unutilised fee or charges if the agreement is terminated due to a breach from your end.
The website can modify or delete any feature content / product at any time without a notice and without specifying a reason for it. The website also reserves the right to cancel or suspend your services at any moment without a notice or reason. On cancellation of service without due cause, or without specification of cause, the membership fee yet unutilized will be refunded solely on the discretion of the management of vsquaretattoos.in
No Commercial of the content, product & Services Allowed
The website is not to be used for any commercial reasons or endeavors unless approved as an ‘affiliate’ of the website. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to vsquaretattoos.in or otherwise. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the website will be investigated, and legal action will be taken.
Content/Product Policy
vsquaretattoos.in owns & retains all proprietary rights, including all intellectual property rights to all the original content and products on the website. Except for the information in the public domain or for which you have vsquaretattoos.in you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. The website reserves the right to remove/edit any message posted on the website.

Tattooing and consulting from vsquaretattoos.in is based on the cumulative or individual knowledge and expertise of tattoo artists.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, vsquaretattoos.in liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, of vsquaretattoos.in for the services during the term of the membership.
Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the website and/or the service, by using the services, you further agree that the disputed matter will be governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.
Other
By becoming a Member of the website, you agree to receiving emails from vsquaretattoos.in
Place of Service
Since you are not registered under the Goods & Service Tax Law in India and your current address is not available, the place of service is deemed the place of supplier.
Online Payments
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the site and further affirmed by becoming a member of the vsquaretattoos.in services, contains the entire agreement between you and vsquaretattoos.in regarding the use of the website and/or the service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Any misuse of the site, or violation of the agreement terms may result in the immediate cancellation of membership without any refund of the membership fee or charges.
